20x10.5" on all 4
I know this has been discused, and i remember some running the Z06 wheels in this size on their camaro but i couldnt find the post anywhere.
I might be buying a set of 4 20x10.5" chrome Z06 wheels. they have a 56mm offset.
front tires are 255/35zr20's
rear tires are 285/30zr20's
i know the rear will fit just fine, but will the front fit under my fender on my 1996 SS convertible?
i had 20"s on it at one point but the offset was way off and they stuck out too far and hit my front fender, they were 20x8.5" konig appeals, i dont know the offset, but the Z06 has a 56mm offset which will tuck it under the wheel well pretty good.
does anyone remember who has the white 20" Z06's on their black camaro convertible? with the ss hood and ss spoiler. its a LT1 style nose.
i also plan to use sportlines or the pro kit.

the set is already together, their comming off of a C5 vette. im guessing the person needed a skinnier tire in the front.
i figured out who had the car i was thinking of, sad to hear what happened to it.
as long as the wheels and tires will fit under my car with no problem i'm going to buy them.

Most manufacturers recommend a 10.0" max wheel width on the 255/35-20. When you consider that a 10.5" wheel is actually about 11.5" wide when you include the flanges that hold the tire beads on the rim, a 255 tire (10.0" section width) is going to look "stretched" on the wheel.

i'll get the wheels and tires on friday. with the tire being streatched on the front, it might give me a little more room. if they dont end up fitting as i want them to, ill prob sell the front wheels and tires and get a 18" for the front.

The front tires are way to skinny for the wheels, i have about 1/4-1/2 inch of wheel sticking out past the tire with the 255's I just dont know if i can fit a fatter tire up front. I'm going to try to put the 285 thats in the rear up front and see what happens.
Looks like a 4x4 for now. I have ground effects to put on and i'm going to put sportlines on it also
