2010 camaro wheels on a 2002 Z28
I need to get new tires for my 2002 Z28 convertible. I have seen some 2010 Camaro tires/rims for sale on Ebay. I guess people are buy 2010 Camaros and putting new custom tires/rims on them.
My questions is, can I buy someones tires/rims off a 2010 Camaro (Im no expert but i like the 20" rims i see)
Anyone know if they will fit?

They have a slightly different bolt circle. 3rd and 4th Gens are 5 x 4.75" (120.65mm), 5th Gens are 5 x 120mm.
Whether its really a good idea to bolt a 120mm wheel on a 120.65mm hub is open to debate. Some people claim they do it all the time with no problems. Others claim they tried it and experienced loose lugs and broken studs.
If you decide to try them, you will have to find the offset. That will deteermine how deep the wheel sits in the wheel wells, and whether the tires will rub. I believe the widest stock 5th Gen wheels are only 9.0" wide, so you will be limited somewhat in tire choice.
Keep in mind as well, 20's work well on a 5th Gen because of the fully independant rear axle. Put 20's on a live rear axle like the 3rd and 4th Gens have, and they will not work as well. There is just not enough compliance available in the paper-thin sidewalls, to accomodate the problems with a live rear axle.
