19 inch rims what offset?

Im purchasing 19 rims for the back of my 2000 camaro SS. It has been lowered with BMR standard 200 dollar lowering springs. Im thinking about going 19x9.5 in the rear what offset is good so i wont rub? im thinking about running 275 or 285/35 tires.

thanks guys

Wrong forum.... we have a "Wheels and Tires" forum, with an FAQ stickied at the top of the page. One of the posts suggests the required offset as a function of wheel width (does not depend on wheel diameter). A 9.5" wheel works best with an offset in the 45mm - 56mm range.

Moving......
