17x9.5 torque thrust II on a 3rd Gen???
A friend of mine has a 1992 Z28 third gen, so I'm asking for him.
American Racing TTII 17x9.5.
Will these fit on a third gen?
Backspacing 6.5 or 5.5?
Can 17x9.5 be run front and back with 5.5 backspacing?
American Racing does not list a 5.5 backspacing so it has to be custom made.
Anyone running this setup?
Or is anyone running 17x8 torque thrust IIs?
What backspace are you running 4.0 inch or 4.75?

I am running two sets of 17x9.5. The first is a set of SLP Firehawk wheels and the second is a custom made set of CCW track wheels. The CCW were built with 5.5 back spacing and I run them front and rear with 1LE brakes. With stock brakes you need to run a 1/4" spacer on the front.
