17 x 9.5 and 18 x 11.5 tire question?
#2
Where did you find an 18x11.5" wheel? Never heard of one. 11.0" wide is about the max you can fit without major rework, or the tires sticking outside the fenders.
Whether they fit depends on the offset of the wheels. Without that info, no one can answer your question. Did you look in the FAQ, stickied at the top of the Wheels and Tires forum listing? There is a post with the recommended offset for each width wheel.
17x9.5 would use a 275/40-17. An 18x11.0" (or 18x11.5") wheel would need a 295/35-18 or a 315/30-18. Better have a real high limit on your credit card. The rears will probably require cutting the edges off the jounce bumper brackets and hammering the inner fender liners.

If you run 11.0" wide wheels, with wide tires, you may have to cut the projecting edge off the jounce bumper bracket, or it will catch the inside of the wheel when you jack the car up and the axle starts to drop. Its all explained in a post in the FAQ stickied at the top of the Wheels and Tires Forum listing. Its for the 17x11.0" ZR1/GS offset wheels, but will apply to any 11.0" wide wheel with an offset in the range of 45-50mm.
