17 x 11 = no traction

I have 11" rims on the back and Im spinning at like 25 mph. What tires can i put on the back so that i can cut 1.90 60fts. I want to spend at the max 300 total. Oh yeah, I heard that I could get some tire softner for like $8 a bottle, and with it I would not need to buy tires.

thanks for your help,

pride
