I have been in the market for a good set of track tires for a while now. I think I have reach the limits of my 275 40 R17 BFG DRs and I was going to get the M/T ET DR version in the 275 40 R17 but they will be out of production for a couple of months. I just saw for the first time today the ET Street in the 11.5 17". Anyone used this tire and does it work well at the track? I realize its not the radial but its got 10" of tread and stands a little over 26" high (both measured at tire place with my tape measure) and is tubeless. I would think it would be a good tire for a 17" wheel because it looks like its got more sidewall to "wrinkle" over the radial in the 17". Any feedback would be appreciated...Thanks..
