I don't have a pic, but they look good and it's probably best to go with the 16"s instead of the 17"s if you live in a state like Michigan where there are more craters in the road than on the moon. I have 16 inch Trans Am SLP 5 spokes with 275/40 Eagle Gators on my 95 and I do have pics of that, but I'm new here and don't know where to find your email address. I can send a pic of that, and at least you will be able to see the general proportions of rim to rubber to wheel housing. I think you will be pleased. You'll just have to be careful not to park next to a Camaro with the 17 inchers...a trained eye will notice the difference.

Where did you find 275/40/16 tires?

Re: 16 Inch ZR1 Wheels

Looks Good! I, unfortuantely, am still looking..

I decided that I want to keep the look of a 2002 (since it is an 02)...so now I am looking at some 17" 02 SS 10 spoke wheels...for a decent price...that's the problem...either people are asking wayyyyy too much or they are just expensive wheels...? I can buy a brand NEW set of OE replicas (16" & 17") for what some folks are asking for a USED set of the SS 10 spokes. I have a few projects in line for the car. I may skip the wheels for now & spend the $$ on an exhaust. Maybe by then the price of these wheels will come down or I will run across a good deal. Thanks again for the pics. I like the matching colors...looks good!

Thanks for asking!

Never saw a 275/40-16, but if it does exist, its a 24.5" tire, one inch smaller than stock. It would have the same sidewall height as a 275/40-17, so its hard to understand why either size tire would perform differently on rough roads.
and I do have pics of that, but I'm new here and don't know where to find your email address.
