Really hard to answer without at least knowing the specifics of the car... like year/model.
Why not add a "signature" with basic info about the car - year, model, engine, tranny and any major mods? That way, every time you post, the required info will be automatically appended to the bottom of your post.

The stock 16x8" 4th Gen wheels have a 6.67" backspace. That means the 15x8" Welds, with a 4.5" backspace will stick out at least 2" more than the stock wheels. That's going to put them outside the front fenders. You need a 5.5" backspace.
The 235/50-15 is only a 24.2" tire. That's too small for a 4th Gen. You want a tire closer to 26" diameter. A 235/60-15 would give you a 26.1" diameter.
