Wtb: Lt1 M6

I'm looking around at cars this weekend, and plan on buying one by next week. I'm looking for an LT1, M6. I don't really have any other requirements, other then it runs good and is in good condition. I don't really want a purple or green one though. The more mods the better, as I've spent so much money modding my past f-bodies, I figure if I start with a few mods already it'll save me money in the long run. T-tops preferable too.

I'm looking to spend around $5,000, less if possible. I'll be moving to Waco this Thursday, so if it's local that'd be nice, but if the car looks good I'd drive to Austin, Dallas, or back to Houston if necessary.

PM me.

Re: Wtb: Lt1 M6

i got a 96 z28, 6spd, 89k, 5 spoke SS rims, moroso CAI, eibach prokit, cutout, flowmasters, rebuilt rearend in may($1400) and a rebuilt trans and new clutch about a month ago($1300), it has a very small dent behind the drivers door, not bad though, just never cared too much to get it fixed, other then that, its a VERY clean car, its a hardtop, it also has 2-12 inch sony xplod subs, and a 820 watt amp, this car looks and sounds mean, ive had it since september, but i get bored w cars pretty quickly and would like to get an SUV, ill sell for $6.5k, heres some pics...

i'll also throw in a used lt1 clutch, (2) 275.40.r17 tires, not alot of tread left though, and a dynomax muffler w z28 tips

Yeah, I saw your car listed on LS1.com I think a few days ago. I gotta say it's a nice looking car from the pics, but your price is too high for me. Blue book only lists it at $5,100, and Edmunds lists it at $4,700. If you'd consider coming down to around one of those numbers, let me know, but otherwise sorry, and good luck with selling it dude.

Re: Wtb: Lt1 M6

i found $5400 on kbb , you gotta realize that 6spds are sought after alot more then autos, and kbb doesnt factor that in, its hard to find a clean 6spd IMO, ill take $5800 minus SS rims and subs/amp, also, IMO, the rebuilt trans, rebuilt rearend, and new clutch should bring at some more value to the car?u know?but if not intersted, thats cool, and goodluck w ur search

sorry dude, i still just can't afford that. literally can't, lol. anyways i've found two nice formulas that im gonna check out.

good luck with your sale dude, try ebay. i had a bitch of a time selling my '94 Z28 a while back, couldn't find a single buyer. i stuck it on ebay and within three days it was sold for over $500 more then i was originally asking for it.
