Is it wrong?

That I laugh when I hear of a robber being killed during a home invasion and the home owner doesn't have any charges brought against them.

God I love Texas sometimes..

Yeah, there are alot of cases where the person who shot the other in self defense is brought up on murder charges or they end up getting sued for everything they own from the deceased persons family. It makes you wonder what you are to do these days.

in regards to what you do now adays should this happen to you....
Better to be tried by 12 than carried by 8!

Move to Texas!!! You still have the right to protect your home and property here.
