Talking Well, I broke down this Sunday - had to turn the house A/C on !

We have been experiencing the "raw, unbridled thrill" of Houston heat & humidity !

Well, and being cheap.

Funny thing is, we made it thru Saturday night but decided Sunday ( when it was cooler ) to kick it back on.

I gotta say - it give you some respect for the "old timers" that did not have the option to crank on the A/C as it was just not there !

Ah, well.

Later !

Mine's been on for a while already.

And I can see it from my last electric bill, too!

We had to fix the a/c for the upstairs the other day, some thing chewed it up. Real blast to turn the a/c on and nothing, so you turn the fan on to recirculate the hot air. Kinda like riding in my Trans Am.
