WANTED: cheap, working wiper motor

My '94 won't park the wipers. I heard that I
have to swap the entire motor. Is that true, or
is it just the circuit board on the motor?

Was hopin' to spend no more than $15-$20.
I'm too lazy to check local salvage yards.

The same thing happend to mine. It was acctualy a clip that broke and I had to get a whole new motor just because of that clip. I have the old motor and it works just fine but it won't do you any good.
