tuning and center console

well, my 355 LT1 is almost ready (just waiting on the rocker

arms)...but i'm already dredding the tuning time. it wouldnt be so

bad if i knew anything about tuning a motor, but i dont know

anything about that. is there someone in town (i go to UTA and

work in fort worth) who can tune my

motor for a reasonable price? or do you guys think that i should

just mail it to pcmforless? i was thinking of buying LT1edit, but

i'm not planning on changing the programming everyday...if

anything, when my car is tuned, i wouldnt really need anything

else...in other words, this is a one time tune.

also, since the motor isnt in the car yet, do you guys think i

should tune it BEFORE or AFTER i put it in there??

one more thing: anyone have a black center console for a 98+ z27? mine broke, so it needs to be replaced.

thanks in advance

How bad is it broken? is it an auto console i might want to fix it and paint it as a test before i buy a new one (if your just gonna throw it away )
You might wanna ask the tuning question in the tech section you will get a quick answer there

well, actually, i asked about the tuning here because i figured local guys would know about local tuning, but you're right, i'll try that.

and as far as the console...well, the lid broke, and i figured i could replace it with a 98+ console.

thanks for the responce
