A few of the guys mentioned to me that they want to get a trip going for SLP day in February. We'd like to have a caravan going up there, maybe some of you guys from Corpus, Austin, and Houston could all meet up in Austin and have a monster caravan taking off that day. We'd more than likely be leaving in the morning, the day of the event. So is anyone interested for February 15th 2003? Please post up so we can get a count. Thanks.

 

Some members in my club are thinking about going, myself included. We're in Temple, which is north of Austin on I-35. I'll talk to the members and ask who is going and get back to ya'll.

 

Okay I registered and Jay is drumming up some support over on LS1tech.com . This should be a pretty nice turnout, I hope we get a very sizable caravan going!

Could you elaborate more on what SLP Day involves, or point me in the direction of info? I have to work that day, but if it looks fun, I'll call in sick.

I registered and, as of this minute, plan on meeting with you guys. Luckily, it's after Valentine's Day, so my girlfriend will owe me. If anything changes, I'll let you know. Just let us Austin boys know where to meet ya. I've never drag raced before, so it ought to be kind of funny. If I break something, somebody will have to give me a ride home.

We're still talking about that but most likely it will be somewhere like the forum at 1604 and 35 at the Best Buy or something.
