sup? me and my freind are goin up to tech next sem, but i'm in maryland for the summer, and hes in missouri for the marines, and we have no time to get to lubbock, anyone on here know about how much we'd be looking to pay for a place to stay around tech?? just wondering so we know b4, we've stayed in the dorms, but know nothing about how much it costs to live off campus, any one? and yall think anywhere is still available??

 

OR if ur a hot girl up there at tech lookin for a roommate, im interested,ill drop my friend and stay w u, sound good?

I went to Tech for the last two years. I lived at one of the more expensive apartments. They were called Ashton Pointe. Super nice. For a 3 bedroom two bath it cost $1200 a month rent. With bills roughly around $1450. On average I paid about $480 a month. Id say for a cheaper place $400ish a month.

I'm giving you a warning right now though. Lubbock is the biggest ******* in the world. I hated it. I transferred to the best school in Texas down in College Station and I will never return to Lubbock as long as I live.


As for the girls at tech….yeah there are a lots of hot ones but they all fall into two categories…. ****** and with boyfriend. ****** get boring after a while.
