Tech inspection in general, usually entails,
if you have hubcaps or centercaps on your rims they must be removed.
Visual walk around for no loose body panels
visual inspection of engine bay, no leaking fluids, or missing catch cans.

Basically if its stock it should pass.

Helmets too

It looks like way to many under 14sec drivers had no helmet so it looks like Ennis Track has stated ALL need a helmet. And I haven't
raced at a real track in a long time, but if like before after 1 run you'll be ready to go again. The lines where pretty long last summer but this time it should be alot cooler, which means more power and more tire spin.

i disagree. i give him 14.4/5 with a stock lt1. and smu, you should definately race. practice from now till then and your consistant stock times could have you winning all night.

Logging the runs OK?

Does anyone know if running a laptop to log runs at SLP day is OK or forboden?

Anyone going to the test and tune the 8th?

Test and Tune

The Ennis track is open for testing and tuning your car, IE you get to practice on a nice NHRA certified track for $25, $8 to watch.
So those who play with their computers can make changes and test the results.
