Shop Question

Is there a shop in San Antonio equivalent to MTI in Houston?

Nope, nothing that does everything. The closest shop here to doing some decent stuff is FIS (Fuel Injection Specialties) and they have a dyno. Other than that Ryan Ahart is the best mechanic for LT1/LS1s in Texas in my opinion and he is right here in San Antonio. He goes by AhartZ28. Great prices, fantastic work.
