Kendrick machine shop does ceramic coat's on headers, it's not jet-hot though. This one comes out to a dull gray finish.

Check with Pro Turbo Kits on the east side, they get all their stuff coated somewhere local
American Coating Specialties is in Humble, just north of Houston. Seem to have a little better pricing than Jet Hot or HPC.
