I graduated from there a few years ago. Have you raced Bearkat BLVD yet?

Lightbulb It's been a while for me.

Graduated in '91 , although it sure doesn't seem like that long ago !

Lot's of cute little girls in big trucks roaming around on Sam Houston Avenue with popping glasspacks when I was there.

Poor ol' Adams Hall - that was a hell for stout building that they tore down in the late 90's ? - lot of good times had in there.

Is Frank Parker still the dean (or assistant, can't remember) of Student Life ?

Nice guy - even though I met him thru a few "unauthorized" activities that required a visit to his office ...

I was there and lived at The Arbors for a year and a half. This semester I transfered to UHD. There were quite a few f-bodies around.

Adams Apples! I heard they were a wild bunch... my roomate (Ben Murdock) lived there around 89-90. That is one of the best towns ever. If you graduate without driving some sort of vehicle on the Elkins Lake golf course you didn't have enough fun! I lived in Jackson Shaver, Ridgewood (when they were new) and a house on Montgomery rd. Long live the FOX!!!!

Class of 98, hence the screen name. Played soccer my Freshman through Junior year. And of course did the drunken fraternity thing as a Sig Ep.
What about that basketball season last season?!

EAT EM UP KATS!

samiam- what did you drive when you were up there? I had a maroon '87 GTA that was about 2 inches off the ground and hung out at Car Toys (not the national chain) a lot.

I drove a modded out Nissan extended cab pick up , and I hung out at car toys alot. Daffy (yup that was the installer's name in podunk town), designed my stereo for the truck. I was always chaniging stuff, which is why I am still paying off credit cards from college.
I can still smell the Jolly Fox and their 25 cent drink nights , and Bullwinkles (lived right across the street in Rolling Brook).

samiam- what color was your truck? Everyone at Car Toys knew me as Dude. Yea, I know Daff. I still hang out with Ben (had the supercharged blue 5.0 LX), and Barry (that had the Grand National) every now and then.

Guys that go there now- if you didn't know, there is a great place to race behind the stadium on BearKat BLVD. There is (or was) a white line painted under HWY 19. from the line to the speed limit sign is a quarter.

I don't remember anyone but Daff. He built a custom enclosure for the extended portion of my truck. It was sweet. And we hung out here and there drinking at Bullwinkles.
All you college kids...street racing kills kids and families. I have both
