I assume you need rotors for the front brakes. Your quote means you are gonna go easy on the car until you can afford some new rotors from autozone (best bang for the buck rotors out there - slightly thicker than stock)...right???

No sense in putting some used stockers on there if they will warp soon enough too...

dioadir (or something like that).

I'm in the same boat (needing brakes) and I just found out my A/C compressor has a crack in it causing it to leak freon. Its one thing after another with these cars. At this rate the Z06 wheels will NEVER go on! I've been thinking about just selling them - then the car.

Good luck with the new ride though!!!

AutoZone rotors are faily inexpensive if not you can get them turned for like 10 bucks at certain autozones.

Last I checked they were under $40/side. Not too bad IMO.

I have a set of brand new front brake pads for a '01 Z28 sitting at my house. I'll let them go for $25

There is a place in New Braunfels that will turn your front rotors for $7 a peice.

By the way, I'm Greg, the one with the loud green Z28

E-mail me at Camaro96h@aol.com or call if you still have my card.
