OBD ll PCM Tunning in Central Texas?

Is there anyone in Central Texas( Austin, San Antonio) That can tune/progam a OBD ll PCM in a 1996 LT-4 383 Stroker. Any leads would be appreciated.

Speedworks in Dallas has done some really nice work with LT1edit. Friend of mine has a 383LT4 vette that was tuned there and it is awesome. he is putting down well over 400RWHP
