Need New exhaust

Hey guys...

I am in need of a complete exhaust. I can't seem to pass the TX inspection and I was told a new exhaust would get me there. I am currently still running the original system with the exception of a flowmaster (80 series) muffler that is several yrs old.

I am not looking to spend a lot of $$ but I do want a good sound. My baby is garage kept and very rarely driven. Does anyone have a place that they can refer me to. I am in the Arlington, Tx area and I am will to travel locally if necessary.

Guys get back to me because I need to drive her. I need to drive her bad.

Thanks

A 1994 should have only one cat.

If they did an emissions test then Hawk is probably right about the plugs, you're car might just need a good tuneup.

They didn't cite a specific problem or just let you know it failed???

thanks guys....

Yea I still have the original cat and it is probably bad as you stated. When it went through the emissions test they just told me that it didn't pass. They told me they had seen this before with the camaos and a new exhaust would correct the problem.

I am looking for a shop with a good rep and one that people have worked with before. I was hoping that if I could keep the cost down I could do a complete exhaust change. Headers Y-pipe, and cat-back change. If I can't then I will try to piece something togher to get her to pass inspection and go on from there. She is garage kept and not driven very often. And i have a need to drive her.

As for a plug change/tune up, she had one not even a year ago. (maybe 2500 miles ago).
Thanks for the help

Sounds like a good excuse to buy header's, Y-pipe, and catback
