Would like to extend a personal invitation, we in Silsbee Tx (we are about 100 east of Houston ) are hosting our 2nd annual " CRUSING SILSBEE" which will take place on June 21-22-23
( main day being Sat. June 22)

21 st being hospitality night, registration 5:00 PM-10:00PM,food and live music

22 nd registration 8:00 am -10:00 am
Show and Shine 8:00 am-2:00 pm
Hot wheels races ( for the kids ) 10:00 am
Swap meet 8:00 am-4:00pm
Poker run ( cars) 8:00am-3:00pm
Poker run ( cycles)9:30 am-3:00pm
Tri city cruise 8:00am-3:00pm ( Silsbee-Kountze-Lumberton about 30 miles > Must Behave in both Kountze and Lumberton < )
Parade through Silsbee 3:00pm (Drive what you brought -if registered )
50/50 tickets on sale all day
King Crusher Truck (monster truck) about 3:00 - 4:00pm > going to run over and crush several cars
( HOPE mine is not one of them )
food booths and games all day
Live music and a street dance sat nite
The prizes for poker runs and 50/50 will be given out before the parade
will have a couple of Nascars show up ( we hope )

Burnouts will be in dseignated area with the CHEIF doing the flagging
Smoke them all you want for about 75-100 feet but no full launch NO RACEING on city
streets
(Last year no tickets were written all day until after midnight BUT SEVERAL CARS were stop
stopped and told to go home >>every things stops at midnight <<
Last year we did burn outs 2-3 hours until some of the cars were launch so hard they were
walking out of the dseignated area -we had some 9-10 sec cars and a couple of 8’s
quite a sight for most of the spectators -----young and old

Last year we had 166 cars reg for Show and Shine -this year looking for 300- 400 to reg
8-10,000 visitors ( in the entire city only about 6 k)
PS::Quite a few bikes also last year -looking for more this year

23 rd Continental breakfast 9:00-8:30 am
Devotional 9:00-9:45 am
Presentation of awards

@ MODICE BRO'S TIRE store rite on the main street coming in to town
5-6 blocks up on the right after you pass over the railroad tracks
BRING "YOUR CAR OR BIKE" drive it or trailer it
bring your friends ---your kids- wife/girl friends heck bring THEM both

PS:: ride down some time and look the town over ( it is so large if you catch all lights in town
will only take 15-20 minutes from end to end )

stop by MODICA BRO'S and have a coke with me (8 AM -5 PM M-F&8-12 SAT.)

Most of the cars last year were " SHOW CARS " which the drivers would not think of getting
smelly , gummey , burnt rubber on their cars , a few were real " HOT RODS " with blowers,
and a very few were "STREET RODS " ( or sleepers ) we would like to see more of these
show up ,,,,,,DO you think you might come down and help us out ( you will have a ball)
