WTB: built Lt1 engine and tranny(6 speed)

Looking for a nice low mileage ls1 engine and tranny in the Houston area.

There is a dude on LS1.com that has a complete LS1 motor and auto tranny, wiring harness, etc for $3300 (its actually the rear 3/4's of a car!)...but he was out of state. Link is here:
