Hello everyone Im in a difficult situation right now. My wife and I are splitting, and I have 3 choices:

1. Move into a cheap apartment (I hate apartments, plus Id have to pay extra for a garage to park the Z).

2. Live with my wife from whom Im getting divorced from, for the next 3 or so months to pay bills to afford my house by myself.

3. Get a roomate to help out with rent and utilities so I can afford this place, and not move out.

As I said above, I hate apartments. I like being able to crank my music up I dont want to live with my wife for any longer than I have to. I need to move on with my life, and I simply cant do that when I still live with this woman. If I can find a roomate to help out, she can move out immediately, and I will be happy.

The only things she's taking are the leather couches, tables, dvd player and dvd's. I get the big screen, stereo system, my kick *** bed, and all appliances So the place is pretty much furnished

Now about the house. Its a nice 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, double car garage home. Large backyard for BBQ's Quiet subdivision in the NW part of town. I would need at least $500/mo from anyone who would like to move in. I would pay the additional rent, and all utilities (water, large electric bill , TW cable and road runner internet, etc.).
