i'm almost up for inspection, so i need to get this out of the way soon. the problem is, i'm running "high flow exhaust" (i.e. no cats), and i'm not too familiar with austin. so, can any of you austin people point me towards a "reliable" shop that will pass me? just look for a "mom and pop" shop Best advice i could give ya. I pass all the time with my cut-out open and gutted cats. Its just when my horn quit working that i couldnt pass.

 

They're starting to crack down pretty hard in Austin. My connection in College Station fell through, so I made sure to make this car emissions legal. I'll make some calls and reply again.
