Yeah I can't run around with a my "cut-outs" open on my true dual setup. It really gets old, and annoying

 

I've got a used cutout you can have for 20 bucks shipped.

the way i have doe all mine are=

where the curve in the exhaust starts going up over the rear end i put it right there in the bend facing straight towards the rear end. i go to a local auto parts store buy a 3 in collector (you get 2 so if you screw up you still have one more $15 maybe) rind the collector to fit the exhaust pipe,get it where you want it get a marker put the collector up there mark the pipe where you want it. cut the pipe and weld it on there. you will have a extra ring , take a piece of 1/4 in flat meta trace the pattern off onto it, cut the metal and drill the holes for it to bolt onto the cutout. then you are set up, it takes all of 30 minutes and about maybe $20.
