i'm planning to go over to houston from LA. i have a friend over there, but still want to know what os good or must see over in houston and dallas?? thanks

A little more info might be helpful. Are you taking I-10 through San Antonio? How you traveling, alone or with family? How old are you? Also Houston and Dallas are not exactly in the same neighborhood. It's like a 4hr drive one way.

 

i'm gonna take 10 east all the way.....i'm 21 years old travelling with 2 other friends at the same age......just looking for a good scenery or a good place to have fun, mind you i dont bring a lot of money, so cheap and good places would be great.....

 

So are you looking for bars/clubs in Houston? First off, I think we have more strip clubs than any other city in the US. If you looking for a wild night, I've had god luck at BAR Houston downtown. Drinks are a litttle pricy, but the scenery is worth it. Also, they just opened a place called Whiskey Chicks right next to BAR- supposed to be a hick/rock place- Kid rock style. Should be cool, but I haven't been. People still rave about the Richmond strip in Houston, but unless you go after 2:00 AM it's kind of dated... If your looking for anything in particular let us know. This town has a lot, you just have to look in the right places.
