Re: Houston area muffler shops

that's kewl. The dog deal is funny. I got the nic saxmo because I play saxophone semi-professionally (get $$ for it, but don't do it for my carreer), and when I was on a gig with BB Kings' former lead guitar guy... they called me saxmo (instead of satchmo). It has stuck as an easy forum name, because I've never had to redo my choice..always goes through the first time!!

Re: Houston area muffler shops

hey forgot to ask...what kinda headers, etc. you using? I have new pacesetter LT's with Y-pipe, extensions coming, and want, basically, a whole new exhaust.

Re: Houston area muffler shops

The $200 paid for all the piping & labor, they were going to make a custom x-pipe also but I had a magnacore, paint, manderal bends, ect. ect.

Saxmo: cool story. I'm not sure if the headers ? was to me or not but I'm running tpis/jet hot coated long tubes, magnacore x-pipe, 2.5in all the way back over the axle to two magnacore bullets, stock tips.

Yes all mandrel bends.

I almost went w/ Kooks but the tpis's & my whole system tucks up under my car so nicely. My SLP subframes are the lowest thing to the ground!
