Thumbs up A Great tranny shop in San Antonio...If you are looking for one come on in.

Just had a complete overhaul on my 97 TA. The guys at Access Transmission were great! They gave me a perfect set schedule and met it right on time. They even made sure my car was stored inside from the time I dropped it off until I picked it up. They are located on Thousand Oaks.
102,000 miles but it was getting time to give my old tranny a shot in the arm. I have an extended warrenty and it was covered 100% with the only money coming out of my pocket was $102.49, which is what it cost to go to Royal Purple Synthetic and a Wix filter. My warrenty does not cover fluid and filter.
I got a complete overhaul with Raybestes clutches and bands as well as a corvette servo.
Going back in two weeks to have a check-up done and a tranny cooler installed.
I am REAL picky when work is done on any vechile of mine, and these guys were great to work with. Great communication and work.
So if you need a tranny work look these guys up, they will treat you right!

It's that they covered everything under warranty. I think thats the same place that wanted $600 to put a stall converter in my old LT1

Yes, they did cover everything under warrenty. But they did alot more for me than they were suppose to. Dont want to get into details but it was thumbs up on my side.
Install a stall converter there is $250. I had asked that question before to them. That is labor for dropping the tranny and re-install.
