Gear & converter swaps...cheap
I finally got access to use a shop. If you don't know, I worked for GM for a couple years and a few speed shops for another year. I have plenty of experience with this
Gear swap: $200, which includes all the miscellaneous parts ...like gear oil, gasket, seal, shims, & crush sleeve.
Torque converter swap: LT1: $175
LS1: $215
cooler: $40
Tranny fluid is included.

Hey Jason. Do you know where I could get a posi for my Stang? Decently priced too? I figure when I get those gears I should just have you put in a new posi because mine has 187k miles on it.
hehe I am bad man. I am either going to port a stock set of heads myself (which I already picked up for next to nothing), get a set of 69 351W heads that are already ported, and a ported stock intake for my car
. I knew I couldn't leave it alone too long

I'd try www.stangnet.com or www.dfwstangs.com to find a posi unti cheap.
If you still want me to do the gear swap in your car, I'll just give you those 3.55's for free
