I am needing to trade someone my transmission (1996 4L60-E) with a custom 2500 stall convertor for someone's stock 4L60-E tranny plus 800 cash. All the labor and parts that went into my tranny, along with the stall convertor, cost just under 1800.00
I am going to a rather stout setup (solid roller 383) and I am going to have another tranny built up for it.

 

Guys, I am a little flexible on the cash part of the trade, not much but definately a little.

 

what all do you mean when you say "built"?

 

They (LNJ performance) went in and totally rebuilt the transmission. I would have to get the buildshett but it had all new parts put in it. Larry at LNJ said that the tranny was built to handle 450rwhp and 450 rwtq. He also built a custom 2500 stall convertor and put a shift kit in this transmission. The tranny is still in my car right now. It does not have ANY issues. Anybody who is interested in the tranny is more than welcome to take my car for a spin to ensure that there are no problems with the tranny WHAT-SO-EVER.

It would take me approximately about 4 hours to drop this tranny and have it ready for the buyer. For an additional charge, I can remove your stock tranny and install this one.
