FS - Built LT1 engine in DFW area
I had an LT1 motor build that has been kept in storage (wrapped in plastic) since I got out of the fast car phase of my life about 8-10 years ago. I'm moving now and looking to not have to take it to my new house, so it needs to go soon.
Unfortunately, I dont have any paperwork from that time so I will mention the specs I can remember -
Here is a video showing the assembly is built right and able to rotate -

This engine is currently in storage in Frisco. It is on a dolly with wheels that is included. Buyer will need to arrange for transportation. If FTF, then buyer will need a truck with a gate lift or an engine hoist. If not FTF, buyer will need to arrange freight.
I think I spent close to $4000 on this motor, but since I dont have paperwork for the specifics of the parts I'll be selling it for much less than that.
Price is $2000.

- Motor was build by Kendrick automotive in San Antonio. Motor has not been ran since it was built.
- 2 bolt main block bored & honed, decked, line-honed and pressure checked.
- Stock crank was turned. Rods resized and fitted with ARP bolts. TRW forged pistons. Rotating assembly was balanced blueprinted.
- Stock heads where resurfaced and pressure checked. Aftermarket stainless valves, but I dont remember which manufacturer. Heads where also ported but I lost the flow sheets a long time ago.
- Comp cam with somewhere in the neighborhood of 230-240 duration on intake. Daual roller timing chain.
- Comp 1.6 roller rockers
- Dual valve springs
- Comp R hyd lifters
- Aftermarket pushrods (dont remember which manufacturer but they are quite beefy). Push rod guide plates.
- Aftermarket rocker studs (I believe ARP but can remember).
- Aftermarket head bolts (I believe ARP but can remember).
