I went to Utah with my roommate over the weekend(Labor Day). The Fall rains had already covered the Salt Flats so I didnt get to go out far. But I think it made for better pictures

Some weird art sculpture out in the middle of nowhere. Supposedly cost the artist $3 million

 

That's crazy. Can you just show up there and start going *****-to-the-wall or is everything sanctioned?

That looks cool as hell man, just curious what gears you're running ? I don't think I would want to run that course w/low gears lol.

 

That section of the Salt Flats is blocked off for recreational use. The rest is for the military. There is no limit on speed, they just trust the people to take their cars far out enough and watching carefully before hitting any stupid speeds. Those pictures dont do it justice. The mountains behind my car were probably 10-15 miles away and the flats extend behind them.

Yeah I got a ticket doing 82 in a 75 out in the middle of Wyoming. How pathetic.

 

haha that might be the most frustrating ticket you will ever get, probably just bc they had nothing else to do and u were in a Z
