ever change your fuel filter?

 

Just changed it and it acting worse now. It is starting to feel just like it used to be before I had the egr valve, maf sensor and optispark replaced. Anybody know if parts from dealer can be under warranty since I had them put on when my warranty was still valid.

 

u sure that you have the arrows pointing in the right direction on the fuel filter.
would suck to start replacing sh it and then find out it was the fuel filter backwards.

Don't know if you have ever installed a fuel filter before, but there is only one way to install the filter.

 

thats funny, because i just did mine for my 5.7l v8 Blazer and both ends are the same, just watch the arrows.
same for my 80Z28 and 82TA

 

I HAD both of them, however i sold them.
the 3rd gens are all ****ing hoopties.
ugly and horrible design. despite the TTA

the second gen had some potential, but was way too damn heavy.

 

There is no way to install a fuel filter backwards in my 98...I am sure this probably applies to all 4th gens....I just changed mine so I would know...

 

Hey , watch it with the second gen stuff !!!! I've shown ALOT of people what my taillights look like !!!
