The last three i had were supposed to hold up to 600+hp but they have all gone to $h!t. I will let you know asap.
oh yeah I have a 355 w/ blower/aftercooler, dfi, etc.. in the 550+rwhp and once i get the tranny configured again might go w/ a t-trim to see what happens. i was one of the first "members" of the sa fbod club way back when it started at rootys (now hooters and palapas)
thanks

Hey Ryan, I know of somebody to take it off your hands. He has the money right now and is very interested in it. If you decide to keep the internals for the 700R4, then just rebuild his for him for a fee.

Damn, registered 1998 ! Wow. How come you don't post up or come to the meets anymore? It's nice to see that you still have an interest in all this still. Sounds like you have a kick *** car too. I'd like to see it run when you get it all back together.

I'll tell him. In the meantime, I don't think he knows much about what goes into a transmission, seeing as how he took it to Gene Brown and they wanted $900 for just a rebuild using OEM parts. So I told him you could probably build one for him. What parts would YOU use if you had $900? He'll reinstall the tranny himself, he just needs someone with your expertise to build it for him.

I sure don't know anything about building trannys, only alot on how they work. So if you could recomend the bands, discs, clutches, etc. that'd be helpful. Does he need another TC, btw?
