If you are going, you need to arrange payment with Lou BEFORE the weekend ends.

It appears the track wants payment in advance. Understandable ...

I'm sure that he will refund anything he gets if the date falls through.

is that in bryan? my supervisors want to send me to a pursuit driving instructor school that's a week long and i heard they use that track. think it'd be worth it?

I'm sorry ... that's misleading ... not the weekend of the event, but THIS WEEKEND ... July 13th!!
