Geez, aren't there any F-body guys from the Southern WI. area on here? Give a shout out if you hail from anywhere near the Mad-Town area!

Sheesh, I RARELY look at this part of the board since I joined the local mailing lists and MFBA's messageboard was launched.

I live about an hour south of you I go to school in Platteville, WI (UWP) and work in Dubuque, IA. I don't go to Mad-town too often unless I have to

I'm a born and bred cheesehead living in South Carolina. When I get out of the Army, I'll be moving back to Janesville or Madison, so I'm hoping there's a big f-body presence there. I'll be at Great Lakes as often as possible.

I'll be home around 10AUG-28AUg for leave, any gatherings or events happening at this time?

Looking forward to coming back home....

There's a few people from the MFBA in and around Janesville. For some reason there doesn't seem to be too many people from Madison

I'm not aware of anything big happening on those dates. The Lein oil car show is on the 3rd of August

I'm hoping I can change my dates to make it home for the car show. The Lein Oil car show and cruise has always been big in Janesville. I'd definitely need to hook up with other F Body owners and make our presence felt. I have a feeling the cruise will be ruined by ricers acting like fools (but when are they not?).

I saw the MFBA has a picnic around the 18th or something. I'll need to get in on that.

Anyone have any info on the Lein Oil Car Show/Cruise in Janesville on Sunday? Coming home on FRI and plan on attending.

It's on Saturday, the 3rd. It's starts at 10:00 AM but other than that I don't have any more info.

Ooops, I just found out that there is NOT going to be a Lein Oil Car show this year. Some other company bought the place out and couldn't get the car show together in time

The Jefferson swap meet and car show is on Sunday though.

what's up! most of us post in the Wi section of the MFBA or on the brewcity messageboard. The latter is for all types of cars, not just f-bodies. We all gather to have fun and help each other out. Hope to see you at some of the events.

Aug. 25th there is a modern muscle car show at the BW3's in milwaukee area. it's on Mayfair Rd. just north of I94. Mayfair Rd is the same as Hwy100 and the resteraunt is located across from Mayfair Mall.
