stik6shift93 ... we put 2+2 along time ago. I suggest we all drop this topic now. Thank you for communicating in a more constructive fashion than your buddy, but still the whole story is not being told here. You have a right to post your side, and you have plenty, as have we. All the facts and sides have been posted. If you have some concerns email me privately.
The owner/admin of this board has already ruled it a dead topic. End of story.

Just to touch on the 'contamination theory'.
You yourself claim that all the bearings, but the one rod bearing that spun were 'pristine'.
Can you explain to me how a piece of metal that is big enough to spin a bearing (which is impossible anyway), got through the pickup screen, through the oil pump, through the oil filter, past the main bearings (without damaging them) to finally make it to one rod bearing and spin it?
Well, you can't, because it's impossible.
I think you, your buddy stikshift98, and your 'pro engine builders', should all pitch in and buy a few books and educate yourselves about the workings of internal combustion engines, because it's obvious to me that you all posess zero knowledge of the subject.
Have a nice day, and get a clue.

Hmmmm, let me touch on that one, you guys did install an oil pump did you not???? It was also gouged on install as well, so might it not be feasible that you got a metal shaving in the pump????Hmmm lets think about it
This is what happens when somethings goes wrong with a customer car I guess, sorry but a spun bearing 60 miles after a heads cam install seem a little to coincidental to me.
Know also explain to me the numerous other things you guys messed up on his car, ground effects, interious accesory outlets don't work, cranks gouged out to hell, as well as the crank timing gear, as well at the oil pump, rounded off head stud, didn't use proper torque specs on half the bolts, used electric as a wire loom, as well as about 300 other things i'm forgetting, but hey yeah it wasn't your guys fault you sure do quality work over there

I'll give you this advice again, because your last post further proves your ignorance. I'll say it one more time. No particles bigger than about 40 microns will make it through the filter. It's impossible for a piece of metal to flow past all of the bearings and then 'spin' one of them. I know I sound like a broken record, but maybe if I repeat myself enough, some of this information might make it through your thick skull.
The car was abused, nitrous, and hacked by the owner of the vehicle. I can't even believe you would try to blame the hacked wiring on us, and the ground effects were practically dragging on the ground when the car was dropped off at our shop.
This will be my last post. I get dumber every time I read something you wrote.
The front ground effect was cracked, however the side skirts were fine until you guys put the car on the lift. With it being lowered you guys broke the seals on both of the side skirts, the car was seen by stik98 with the gfx sitting on the lift. Kinda nice when they're imported from japan and cost 1500 dollars. His car was not "hacked" until it was recieved back from you guys, given the wiring on the nitrous and underglows wasn't the greatest, I would hardly call that getting "hacked". More like someone beating on the timing gear with a screwdriver, sound familiar? The car had 7 bottles sprayed through it on a 100 shot, I would hardly call that abused. Like I said before there are 100s if not thousands of people out there that have sprayed dozens and dozens of bottles on a 100 shots with no problems. Any competent person knows thats not abusing the car. Back to the wiring though, the car came in and the accesories worked. When it went out it didn't, that's your problem to take care, you guys need to stand behind your work rather than making accusations/excuses about everything. Back to my last post i'm still waiting to hear back about all the things you hacked on his car, all I see are lame irrelivant excuses coming from you. You say his car was hacked when it came in but it was barely even touched, you say his ground effects were broken hanging when he brought the car in, when just the front was cracked. Get you facts straight before you come on here and waste my time.
One last thing, intimid8 how old are you??? From your comments it seems like you're a 10 year old, going around personally insulting me. You need to grow up and be professional you give speed inc a bad name, I could go around telling people about how the tuning you did on my buddies car blows but do you see me doing that???case and point
P.S. I was ready to drop this subject after jon_we4 replied, he seemed like a professional guy, but you had to stick your 2 cents in. Anyway if you want to carry this on further pm me, or aim me. Rather than wasting my time on here as well as the readers time

I know all about Henry and his approach to getting work done at the 4-5 shops around Chicago.
I spun a bearing in my 98 Formula back in 2000. It was due to using nitrous and one of the bearing was pretty pounded.
Intmd8 is right about the filter and spinning one bearing.
If you guys are going to make accusations make ones that actually make sense.
I'm sorry to say that the 98's spun bearings for more often than folks realize, I think that the 99-02 cars faired much better.
Sorry you guys are bitter but trust me, I run www.ls1tech.com and I have been watching cars blow up for five years and nitrous is hard on the bearings.

I think it is pretty disrespectful and disgraceful the way u talk about intimd8. I think it's funny to see u complaining about his work when pretty much everyone out there is content with his dyno-tuning. I have seen the results of his tunings, and they are by far some of the best performance tunes out there.
Intimd8 was the person who single handedly resolved all my problems that i previously he had, and he did so in a professional and friendly manner. I would highly recommend LS1 Speed Inc to anyone.
i'd just like to add that in this day and age, the medical field has come a long way with Psycho tropic drugs.
Zanax,Zoloft,Effexor,,,,these drugs affect mood, emotions, aggresions, impulses, irritibilities by regulating serotonin levels in the brain.
Perhaps the stckshft boys should consult there primary care physician for more info .
Yours truly,
Jeff

You obviously haven't seen my buddy's car that dies out all the time, I have several other friends that have been tuned by him with no problems however, and I'll be the first to admit he's probably the best tuner in the area. I was simply using joe's car to make a point. It's also kinda funny how 2 weeks ago you were going around saying you wouldn't recommend speedinc to anyone yet now you do????Check your pm
