Performance shop near Terre Haute, IN.
I am thinking I may pay to have some installs done due to time constraints. Anyone recommend a good shop in my area, I live in Terre Haute Indiana, its about 1 1/2 hours west of Indianapolis. I appreciate any replys.
Is Jays auto world in Terre Haute? Do you have a phone number for me?
The 00 Firehawk at Jerry lewis motors was gone the other day when I drove by, had 100 shot of nitrous dry setup ( minus the bottle). had quite a bit of mileage if I remember correctly. I stopped and looked at it too. lol.
I haven't looked around here much for car stuff, but I know there's a offroad truck place on North Lafayette, north of Otter Creek school. Dr. Dashboard offered to do some stuff for me before they closed down.
TR 224 cam, comp 918 springs, chromoly pushrods, LS2 timing chain, Trans go shift kit, B&M tranny cooler, yank 3400, and still need my SFCs welded in.
I think I can do the Tranny cooler maybe even the shift kit and I am going to try to get local exhaust shop to try to weld in my SFC. but the rest will need to be done and PCM tuned. I am thinking of just asking local mechanics if they can install the stuff and I will ordered a custom PCM to through in there too, so they dont mess up my tune I doubt they would have the software to mess with it period honestly.
I know a guy in Nashville IN that used to have a shop but didnt have a dyno and he just works out of his garage now and does it all by his-self so it takes him longer to get stuff done than it would for most shops. I may just take it to him, his about 1 1/2 hr. away. I was hoping to be able to get all this done and it only take like 3 days or maybe 4. I am pretty sure if I take it to him it will take at least 5-6.
