I read about this a few weeks ago. I doubt it'll get passed. If it does, just means that more people will be getting "Show" insurance for emissions exemption.

i think it already got shutdown!
basically the bad part about it was that too be "exempt" from the law was that it was up too the inspector and his opinion on whether or not it was legal, meaning there was no real guidelines for them too follow...only a swipe of the pen and a bad taste in their mouth and they could **** you over
