About a month ago i posted i was interested in purchasing a used borla exhaust for my car on the WTB section. I got an email from a Ryan Connoly from St. Louis, MO. He apparently went/goes by the screen name shadowz28. Well after sending money to him he never sent me my exhaust. I've emailed him numerous times and the last response i've got was he was going to send the tracking number......that was 3 weeks ago. Does anyone know him or anything about him?? Can anyone get me the St. Louis police department #?
