wtf?

Hey guys i need your help. Ok a few months ago i changed the entire cooling system i got a new radiator, heater core, thermostat, radiator hoses, water pump. and now i drive my car an hour out of town and i get out and its making a gurgeling sound at the radiator cap. But it says its not over heating but the temp is higher than normal but not over heating. What could this be!? My only guess is its doing it because i didnt have enough money to buy enough antifreeze so i put a little bit of antifreeze and topped it off with water.

Well you should have a 50/50 mix coolant to water. If the cap is new and holding pressure could also be air in the system.

Is the fan turning on when it gets to ~220°?
