they claim "Look for horsepower gains to be in the 30-60 HP" under the link for the heads sold individually ( maybee not exact model as there was a few listed there, think I looked as stage 3 and expect stage 4 would be a little higher) and then I would expect 20ish for the cam

A heads/cam upgrade will definitely create a performance boost, how much I don't know. It is not a cheap upgrade, that is the only thing. Once you factor in the cost of the head/cam package and the supporting mods you will have a decent sized bill.
