is it the same place as my other car my 1994 z28 ? if it is i know how to do it ?

look and see! It should be under the drivers side door, toward the back.

 

Not 100% sure about the 95, but 99% of every car Ive been under they stash it on the frame rail, or in our case sub frame, on the drivers side about a foot from the axle. Oh, and have fun with that stupid clamp that holds it in place. I think I still have some skin left under there...
