It sounds good, because if you do the math,
1 liter is around 0.03 cubic feet, times 3.8 liters of the engine equals 0.114 and this means that if your engine is going 3000 rpms then your exhausting (3000 x 0.114) 342 CFM's so adding the 175 that they are speaking of makes sense.
But what you have to consider is that the airflow is already 342 cfm's so if you put a fan in that does 175 then it's moving slower and slowing down the final flowrate, and again that 342 is only at 3000 rpm
But when the enginee is running at 1500 and below then the fan is helping to acceralte the flowrate so maybe it does have beniftis
It's hard to predict what it's actuallly going to do but my educated guess is that it will create better acceleration at low engine speeds but will not help at WOT.

WHAT DO YOU MEAN IT SOUNDS GOOD?!?!?!?
all you are doing by putting that in there is blocking air from getting in there faster.
take your air box off, start your car, put your and infornt of the intake tube, feel it suck in air. It sucks in more air then the electric supercharger makes. Its usesless, peopel ahve tested it on the dyno and on the track and usually always shoe negative results.
