v-6 headers?

ive got an 88 camaro with a 173 2.8l v-6 and i just recently had the front seal on my auto tranny spray fluid all over the back of my engine, including the exhaust and i just got my car back from the tranny shop today. I opened the hood and now i can hear a noise comming from near the headers that sounds like an exhaust leak, so im assuming that the fluid caused the hot headers to crack somewhere. my questin is, whats the absolute cheapest way to get some headers for my engine? i figure it wouldnt be much more for me to buy aftermarket than it would be for me to get an exhaust shop to fix the thing.
thanks guys

If you don't see the crack, try changing the header gaskets first.

im gonna check all that out, but it didnt start until the fluid sprayed all over the headers, so im just trying to do some research on a cheap replacement so that if that IS what it is, then ill know how to order it quickly from summit or whatever.
im gonna check it out reguardless

Wouldn't fixing the crack just required a weld, I doubt it would close to the same amount as buying new ones.
