Question Tune up?

This might sound "car dumb" but I have always thought of a tune up to be plugs and wires what else does it consist of?

Cool

-Air filter
-Fuel filter
-PCV valve
-Tranny fluid
-Rear-end fluid
-Change the oil
-Run some fuel injector cleaner
That should do you up nicely.

O.K. so I do know more than I thought. What about the timing chain and ****.

Also how should I put it in and what kind of rear end fluid should I use?
