Tensioner removal? '99 V6

Tensioner removal? '99 V6
Ok, Found out my tensioner is bad. It's not like the one on my truck that I can pull the center bolt out of and remove the pulley and the arm together. How does this thing come off? I'm Stumped!

The 2 hoses or lines that are running through the tensioner body, what the hell is in those? It looks like this one.
